Mimikry Mimicry
In 1968, Wolfgang Wickler published Mimikry: Nachahmung und Täuschung in der Natur. The German text was translated into English, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, and Japanese, mass-produced, and distributed by the World University Library. I have been engaging with the book in a variety of ways to probe the nature of mimicry in biological systems as well as concepts of originality and identity that permeate human value systems.
